This Standard Reports – Administration page is used to setup user security for standard reports as well as enrich the information about a standard report. A standard report can also be enabled.
Note: Only enabled reports will show on the Reports > Standard Reports page, except for admin users who can also see disabled reports.
Note: Standard reports built using a Report building tool that have been placed into the ..\ProgramData\SharperLight\Reports folder will appear in the above list.
The table below list the fields for the selected Standard Report.

Id |
The unique identifier of the Standard Report, which is automatically generated when a records is created and cannot be edited. |
Code |
The report reference name which cannot be edited. |
Name |
The name of the report, that will appear in the Standard Report pane. |
Description |
A description of the report that will appear under the standard report name tile. |
Category |
The category that the standard report will be grouped in. |
Enabled |
This report will only be display when enabled. Admin users can see all reports. |
Security |
Assign user groups that can view the standard reports. Refer to the User Module Report Security topic for more information on user group security. |
Note: Field labels highlighted as bold must have a value entered or selected as they are mandatory.
